Kimber Palladian PK10 vs PK14?

I'm interested in PK14 but can't find almost any information online about it. PK10 is generally regarded as a great power cord. Should I spend more and go with PK10 or save a bit and not hear any difference and get PK14?
The rest if the system is Simaudio Supernova, Marantz PM 11S2 and Hyperion 968. Cables by MIT CVT Terminator. Thank you

Where are you going to plug the Kimble power cord to? To power amp, I would use PK10. But for CD player or preamp,PK14 is adequate.
Not sure I agree. PK 10 Palladium is excellent on source components. I have used it with good results on DAC, transport and tuner. That said, have never heard PK 14.

I was surprised at the lack of information on the website. I'd probably call them to ask or visit a dealer and see the cables, but intuitively my guess would be that the PK 10 is 10 gauge wire (better for amps than 14 gauge)and the PK 14 is 14 gauge wire, which should be fine for source components. I could be wrong, though--have been on many occasions in the past.
If money is not a problem, I would pick PK10 for everything. But Branislav wants to wisely allocate his money, I suggest PK14 for source and PK10 for amps. I would pick PK10 for the integraded.

I agree with Rcprince. PK10 is heavier gauge.
I talked directly to Kimber today and they suggested that if I mix them up, PK10 should go with the amp and PK14 for the cd player. However, I'll just go ahead and get PK10 for both so that I don't get an upgrade bug year from now. Can't wait to hear the results compared to my stock power cords and $10 Walmart extension cord. Thank you for all the responses.
I use the Kimber PK 10 Gold WattGate and AG (silver) on all sources and preamp. The amp and line conditioner get the Kimber PK 10 Palladians with the AG and CU WattGates. I've used the PK 14 and while it's a good power cord go with the PK 10 since there's very little difference in the price. You can also upgrade to the AG connectors for a nice upgrade and have a very good power cord.
I installed the power cords in my system. Result - increased transparency across the spectrum. Bass is now under control. Valuable addition to my system that I don't regret.
When I installed the Kimber Palladian PK10 to my preamp. I heard a much better soundstage! It took my system to another level. I agree with the others.
Branislav...great choice on the Kimber Palladian pc's. Once in your system they will never leave.
Branislave,

I am just testing PK10 Gold vs. PK14. PK10 is much better cable, especially on source components. The difference is worth additional cach. Paladium should be even better ... so go for it and forget PK14.
Yes, I ended up with 2 (I'm trying to keep it to a minimum with a cd player and an integrated) PK10 and don't think about power cords anymore :-)
any differences between PK10 with economy , gold , silver and palladian?

I am using PK10 with economy plug with my power amp now and just wondering how much improvement with other premium plugs?

Thanks
