Yes, definitely. Although, one must evaluate the value of upgrading your turntable vs spending on accessories.
Concrete floors are directly connected to the earth. Which has cars, trucks, large noises, and small earthquakes shaking them at the time. I started using simple vibration control about forty years ago. It has culminated in my current system... see my main system under my user ID. I have a top quality Linn LP12 on top of a custom Silent Running Audio Ohio Class vibration platform. It dropped the noise floor... blackening the background and increased the bass response.
I have used, pucks, composite platforms, cones, springs, pneumatic suspension. They all work. It is a question of matching the technology to your application. I would recommend a platform for your turntable.
The trick with yours will be finding a platform that is cost effective and would not be better to upgrade your table. One approach might be to find an isolation platform that would be good when you upgrade your table as well.
I am sure there are some folks here that could recommend some very inexpensive isolation platforms.
