Is Prima Luna evo 300 a good preamp for parasound a21+?

Completely depends on what sound characteristics you’re looking for.  What preamp are you using now, and what improvements are you seeking?

The PL would probably be fine, but given what you’re looking for I’d hop on this Don Sachs preamp no question.  Best of luck.

The Don Sachs looks a bit of a bargain. If I was in the market for a new pre I would grab it.
