Interconnects to break ground loop

I'm looking for good interconnects which shall meet basic no-hum design criteria (IMO): 1)dedicated hot and ground wires (shielding does not carry signal) and 2)shielding is connected at one designated end of the cable. I wander if any highly regarded affordable interconnects like Morrow Audio fit the bill?
