Integrated amp with preamp tubes

Hi All,

I'm curious with perhaps downsizing my Bryston 3B3 & VTL 2.5(tube) with a good quality Integrated amp.

Question: Are there integrated amps with a tube pre inside ? Would that be called a "Hybrid" integrated ?

I really like the tube/Solid state combo. I like a little warmth with my music. I'm just kicking tires at the moment. I know many will say that separates are the best way to go, but still curious to do some research on quality Integrated amps.Probably looking at $4000usd(used)

Love to hear some input, thanks in advance.

Unison (Italian made) makes wonderful hybrids. I owned one, Unico I believe and it was great. Don't dismiss Rogue either, made in the USA, great sound and won't break the bank.....

I've beat the drum several times when this question pops up and I always say check out Vincent. They have several tube/SS hybrids. Upscale Audio is one of the US vendors for this German company. Of all the gear I've bought and sold, my Vincent SV-237MK hybrid is the one piece I've kept and the one I've always gone back to.

Modwright makes an excellent one tube integrated.

Excellent phono stage and the one tube keeps the rolling simple

Might look at Vincent products. They offer a variety of hybrid units and are in a reasonable price range.
