Yes as Russ said. RTV. I use it all the time on instruments where there is decorative trim. Often times its what the factory uses instead of glue because it can be removed if necessary

The top dress panel came off when I dropped it.
The amp's been repaired. The panel, while it doesn't touch any pins, is conductive.
Gorilla glue it back on or not? I can't think of any reason for it to shift short of an earthquake.
