Innuous update 3.2.5 problem

I'm trying to update my Innuous Zenith 3 to  software version 3.2.5. It's been updating for about 2 hours which seems excessive.  I'm reluctant to do a hard reset of my iphone or otherwise try to close it for fear of corrupting the software.  Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions for fixing it?  Thanks.

I just updated to 3.2.5 with no issues.

What is your current version?

If the update is still in progress, I would rather not stop but just wait until it completes to 100% on the progress indicator. This may take a while if the update is a big gap up to the current version.

Hope this helps.

I have version 3.2.5.  It didn’t take more than a few minutes for it to update.  I think your Zenith 3 will keep updating until you stop it. I’m not sure how to stop it safely and restart the download, though.  If you can get to the System button, there's a System Update link there.

I had the same issue a few updates ago with my pulse error. The update indicator went to 100% and then stopped. I left it for a few hours and it did not automatically reboot. I contacted support and they said to just reboot the unit. rebooted the device and everything was fine update was complete.

I did the upgrade last night and as usual it went off without a hitch. That said, I did notice a small anomaly. I am a Tidal user and Sense imports "mixes" based on recently listened to tracks. There are 8 different mixes, each with 40 songs. After upgrading to 3.2.5 I noticed only the first 20 songs are displayed in each mix. All 40 songs are in the list and all tracks play but Sense does not display the last 20 songs.

Also, over the years I have seen and heard of a few "glitches" like the one reported by @brownsf. The few times I have reached out to Innuos they have been very responsive and have provided excellent service, but they are a small company based in Europe and I don't think they do after hours or weekend support. For this reason I usually don't do upgrades over the weekend in case there is a hiccup.
