Inexpensive 2 channel in-wall for front? Polk?

Well, the decision has been made for me, NO soundbar and NO hanging speakers. I have the OK for 2 in-wall's and a sub. My thoughts so far are either RC85,RC65 or RC55 and a 8 or 10 inch subwoofer. My budget for speakers is $500.00 including tax, license and drive off fee's :)

Recommendations would be appreciated for this 2.1 system.

look like other in-wall speakers, none of which I can audition without full installation. All about the same price. Has anybody here actually used any of these?? Maybe I should go with the best return policy LOL.
Actually haven't heard them and there doesn't seem like there is anyplace to audition them. I suppose my question would be: For $500 which in-wall speaker and sub would you purchase. I'm buying from (gulp!)reviews. One person stated Emotiva, so I'll them out.

That would be out of my price range :) Thanks!"

I don't know if I get your post. You list some Polk speakers as examples. They're not too expensive and I can only assume that you like them because you list them.

I would look at brands that you already know and like for traditional speakers, and then see if they make any in wall speakers. Seems like a reasonable place to start.
