Nothing has changed except back then, almost everyone smoked. The opening scene is the early invention of the portable 'boom box'. I remember a guy who put a record player in his car in the early 60's. Great stuff!

The snarky tone of the non-audiophile narrator certainly has not changed. And really, why bother? Everyone has their pet hobby and wouldn't it be better if we just let 1000 flowers bloom?

It was a glory-us sounding system which I recall with great fondness... his system is what got me hooked.
