Impulse buy, ad nauseum...

I was ready to leave empty handed after a quick look thru the $1 bins. Came out with the Fabs SP 50th.

Even though I  didn't  need another copy,(my generic period Capitol is fine) I'm glad I purchased it.
SP isn't my personal#1(RS/Rev?-mono)

Very nice, overall. Nice to hear the vocals/instruments,particualarly Sir Paul and Ringo more centered.

ADITL is especially fabulous, nothing like playing it with the  volume at 2:00 o'clock..WOW!

Playing a fresh copy of this particular album is especially nice since there's so much subtle stuff going on throughout the album.

I'm typically anti reissue anything, but definitely worthy of adding to the collection. I don't have a mono reissue, so  maybe I'm missing something here?

Sounds real juicy, but could you Please specify what exactly you r talking about? DSOTM is the only abbreviation this noncompoop is familiar with! I did guess that u r talking about The Beatles, or did I?
Excuse me, I speak Jive!
The Beatles, Sergeant Pepper's 50th Anniversary Edition.
Presumably the vinyl version.

Yeah, guess it is too cryptic. Your assumption is correct. The  references were not sufficient. The Beatles Sargent Peppers 50th release is everything the reviews have mentioned.

Gave it a second pass...

This album has been reviewed, analyzed to death, but this edition sure sounds nice!

I kinda regret not going for the 2LP version with the outtakes. The teasers I've listened to were interesting.

Now i'm curious to compare the mono version.

I agree with the OP. There're tracks on this album Id never heard before, and the vocal in particular, along with Paul's bass, just jump out in their clarity. This is well worth getting just for its sheer musicality. It lives up to the hype!
