In the past year, Jan Daley has been busy working on some new tunes for your listening pleasure and she did not dissapoint. Daley’s newest project, recorded with Michael B. Sutton of iMerica Entertainment, is an EP of Classic Great American Songbook favorites titled When Sunny Gets Blue.  Jan Daley delivers a stellar vocal performance to old favorites that will have you reminiscing for the days of Classic Smooth Jazz.

 

The arrangements are lush and create a perfect pairing with Daley’s immaculate vocal tone. These are seriously impressive performances of some difficult songs with incredibly close ties to Daley’s personal life. The title track was written and produced by the late Jack Segal, a close friend and mentor of Daley’s.
