I wish Ayre made a portable headphone amp
I'm just whining, but the best portable sound I ever heard was from the long gone Pono player. The output stage was by Ayre and I wish they would build at least a portable headphone amplifier. Maybe collaborate with Fiio or something. I've never heard anything as good in driving my IEM's.
