I need help with initial setup on my recently acquired used Naim Uniti Nova

I need help with setting up my newly acquired used Naim Uniti Nova. I mean the initial setup.

I’ve recently purchased a used Naim Uniti Nova all-in-one integrated amp (streaming amp) and I have just received it yesterday. I will be using the Nova for streaming Qobuz and Tidal. I was trying to download the Naim app on my iPad but I couldn’t get it up on my iPad and I kept getting an error message on my iPad that says “something went wrong, go back or try again”. I followed step by step instructions but still kept getting that error message. I rebooted the unit and still didn’t fix it. Then I tried setting it up manually using the included Naim remote control and I followed the instructions on front display screen on the unit using the remote, and the front screen display showed up and it’s showing only Spotify and internet Radio icon apps but I don’t see Tidal and Qobuz icon apps on the front screen display on the Nova unit itself. I only see Spotify app and internet radio. The Naim Uniti Nova is supposed to have Tidal and Qobuz streaming apps but I don’t see them on the the front screen display on the unit itself since I couldn’t download the Naim app on my iPad. It failed and I tried several times but it failed every time. I’ve updated the firmware using the included Naim remote and the firmware was successfully updated. But I’m wondering why the Tidal and Qobuz streaming apps aren’t showing on the front screen display on the Nova unit. It’s only showing Spotify app and internet radio. 
The reason I bought the Naim Uniti Nova is only to stream Qobuz and Tidal, not Spotify or internet radio.

Not sure if this is the answer, but another member earlier had an iPad that was too old for it to work on his equipment. Maybe try another phone or tablet.

I had the same happen to me while setting up my new Naim ND555 and 555DR PS. After updating the firmware, I then rebooted both the Naim ND555 and my IPad. It all worked from there on out.

+1, Update ALL software including the operating system, reboot ALL devices including your modem and router.   After the above, power down your iPad and restart it.   Unplug your Naim Uniti Nova all-in-one integrated amp from the wall, wait 2-minutes and reconnect.  

If it still does not work, please call Audio Intellect NJ (audiotroy) as he suggested above.  He is a NAIM retailer and should be able to help, if needed.
