How Many Versions of the Rogue 99 Preamplifier are there?

Greetings. I am a little confused about the Rogue 99 preamp product lineup. In some reviews they start discussing the Rogue 99 and then suddenly start calling it a Rogue Magnum 99. There is also an upgraded unit called the Rogue Super Magnum 99. Are there three models, a just plain 99, a Magnum 99, and a Super Magnum 99, or two models, the Magnum and the Super? To make things really confusing, some 99s have Magnum on the faceplate and others do not, while Super Magnums seem to have nothing on the faceplate but a sticker on the back. Possibly with the Supers there is a distinction between those made originally as Magnums and then converted to Supers, and those originally made as Supers?
