HELP ... What NEW tubes would you select for a Manley Stingray?

I'm torn..

1. Tung-Sol 7189 (question here is if 7189 is safe in Manley Stingray built for EL84; I think it will) about $54

2. Telefunken Black Diamond EL84 about $50

3. Sovtek EL84M about $38

4. Tung-Sol EL84 about $35

or your favorite?

They provided Yugoslavian tubes. Sounds much better than the JJ. Not exactly a fair comparison as the JJs were becoming difficult to bias.I think they were getting a bit on the old side.
