Help identifying mystery amp

As stated by @dekay it's from the late Don Allen out of Arizona.  I owned one of his amps that I purchased from his personal collection when he became ill and started the process of downsizing and liquidating.  He made some good sounding products.

Thanks a ton for the help everyone! I guess my next challenge is sorting out which tubes go with this amp. My dad also amassed a sizable collection of tubes of various sorts, so the correct ones should be in there somewhere!

Actually, maybe you all can help identify another mystery amp. This one appears to be an amp made by Dale Pitcher (sp?) while working at a company named "Essence", but I don't see this one listed on the Bluebook site.

Any one familiar with this one?
