heard of Audio Refinement P-2 DSP?

A dealer I purchased some cables from made me aware of a new a/v processor from Audio Refinement (makers of "The Complete" products; a product line of YBA). It is supposedly due to hit the market in a month or so and will retail for $1250. Evidently it will have 6.1 processing, extensive bass management, mostly YBA parts and topology, and sounds like a nice, but inexpensive product (I have a .pdf file if anyone is interested).

Have any of you heard anything about this product -- either pro or con (or, of YBA products in general) I'm looking for something in this price range and I'm trying to figure out a bit more from different sources.

I did hear of this new Audio Ref. HT stuff. But I was told to wait until the 2nd version comes out. I guess that means the version that has the 6.1 and bass mgt. I didn't ask why, but this dealer has always been good to me and it was over a quick phone conversation.

I took a friend that is not a big audiophile fan and we listened to Pass, YBA, Coda, then the dealer pulled out this Audio Ref. stuff and it was warm and sounded great my friend fell in love with it. And I didn't think it was bad either.
Actually, this is the first a/v pre/pro that A.R. has put out -- so the 1st version will include the 6.1 and bass mgt., etc. Maybe he told you to wait for the second version in case there are any kinks in this first stab at a/v.
