Velleman VAA-70MKII -- Ever heard off??

Hi,
Came by this particular Velleman amplifier, but can't find any information on it on the web. The amp looks nice, but came without the tubes. Does anybody know anything about this particular Velleman amp? Is it worth while investing in tubes?
