If the Romex i delivered in a spool - at least some of the effect of the cryogenic treatment is lost upon un-spooling it.
Careful attention will have to be paid to how its installed, if pulled through pipes, twisted, secured with clamps etc like normal romex is typically pulled - IMO it would not be worth the extra expense.
