Check the heat sinks on both sides.
If you have something shorting, it will overheat and cause the thermal sensors to shut it off.

Hi! My Hafler DH is acting up lately. It goes off for 3 seconds and on intermittently. I checked the fan and it is working as it should. Did anyone had this issue with the amp?
