Graham Phantom VTA Post Stuck

I can only move the VTA adjustment a few turns either way before it's stuck. Anyone have any idea? I have loosened the VTA bolt on the collar.

I believe this connection moves up and down with the arm VTA adjustment. If there isn't enough clearance it can bind. Regards,
