Gace F-9 Cart

Hello,
I have a used Grace F-9 cart in good shape, plenty of life left. I bought it years ago and never used it. Need to free up some cash for another purchase and have a fellow audio nut local to me that's interested in the cart. I do not recall what I paid many years back nor have a sense of what this cart could be worth. I checked a eBay and no help.
Can someone give me a ballpark value???
Thanks :)

The asking prices, over the past few years, for this cart have been between $250-$400 depending on condition and version (F9E, F9F, F9L Ruby stylus, etc).

IMHO, I think you should keep it. It's still one of the best MM cartridges ever made.

I still have (3) of them and could have sold them many times over, but no way...for me anyway. It's a keeper in my book.
Ditto to what Mofi said. I have two Rubys, one with original stylus and one just recently re-tipped by Sound Smith with an OCL stylus. You won't find a better or maybe even equal cartridge below $1000. And you WILL find cartridges costing much more than $1000 that are not as good.

I paid around $400 for the Ruby that is still with its OEM stylus and about $200-$300 for the one that needed re-tipping.
Ebm, I know it is pointless to respond to anything you post, but I will buy all the functional Grace F9E or Ruby cartridges you can find, for $200 each. Be careful not to rip me off.
I love Vinyl have 7,000 records its hard to find a corner to cry in. Thanks be well!!
I only own about 1800 LPs, so you may be right about the value of a Grace cartridge. As soon as I can find any connection between the number of LPs in one's collection and the value of a Grace cartridge, I will confirm.
