From an Anthem 225i to....

A Parasound Halo int....or Rogue Cronus Magnum2...or something in Class D? Which (if any) do you think would make a NOTICEABLE improvement? Speakers are Goldenear Triron 1s. 2k or less used

It's got similar power to your Anthem but has a far more refined sound. It's got a nice touch of warmth for a solid state integrated, but it doesn't gloss over details. I love mine and have had no interest in looking for something better. And it's got a DAC and an MM/MC phono input if that's important. Good luck, Scott
