I tried many ethernet cables including the most expensive JCat Sig Gold etc. In my system the best sounding cable - largest sound stage, deepest base, most natural vocals, came from DH Labs. Their Reunion Cat8 Ethernet cables are not too expensive and I would recommend giving them a listen. I tried them as I found the DH Labs Glass Master Toslink cable to be the best for delivering audio from my tv to my dac, so gave the ethernet cable a try. Highly recommend both. The differences in the Toslink were greater than with the ethernet for me - with a huge variance of sound reproduction.

I would like to have your opinions about Ethernet cables. I recently saw some silly expensive Ethernet cables! Do you think it is worth spending a huge amount for a cable which transfers data? Your thoughts please!
