Electric Interference + Line / Surge Conditioning

Strange thing...I have a gas stove with an electric igniter.

When I ignite one of the burners, the clicking of the igniter interferes with one of the outlets my front-end is plugged into. Click...Click...Click (my kitchen is NOT in the same room)

I have a PS Audio AV 3000 running on the outlet which my front-end is then running into.

I'm sort of surprised that the front end cuts-out/picks up the this interference.

Anyone experience something similar (albeit odd) and was able to solve with a new outlet or difference conditioner/surge suppressor?

stringreen, what was the fix in the grounding? I'm about to have dedicated wiring installed in my music room, and may as well make sure it's grounded properly! Thanks---Eric.
