What's interesting is that with the Lingo 4, the power supply box really is configured to be tucked away - it's not obviously a design conducive to placing on an equipment rack. That being the case, leaving it on may be the way to go-
There's a thread on Facebook covering this precise topic, and there it indicates that Peter Swain (Cymbiosis) indicated it's perfectly fine to leave the power supply switched on all the time. Definitely good enough for me-
