Thorens TD280 - simpler design, less to go wrong. They were competitors in price originally.
Dual 505-4 or Thorens TD280 Mk IV?
I have the opportunity to buy, for the same price, a Thorens td280 mk4 or a Dual 505-4. Both are from the 80s and in pristine condition and I can’t audition (due to distance) any of them. Are there big differences between them? Is one better than the other?
