Jay I mean no disrespect but I talked to Don and that’s just not true. It may take a few months or until spring. From what I was told he’s semi retired and working at his own speed.
Don Sachs older D2 preamp vs his new version
I have a Don Sachs Kootenay 120 and looking for one of his older D2 versions or the newest D2 to match the 120. If I bought the older one I would in time take out the Miflex and put In the V Caps and try to upgrade it.
Anyone have experience with one or both of these preamps? Is there a large difference between the 2, certainly if the oldest gets a little upgrading? Thanks for any advise.
