Does anyone use a RUMBLE filter?

I am having way to much cone movements on my main speakers and Sub when I play vinyl. Someone suggested I purchase a rumble filter from KAB audio. I notice that a lot of the cheaper phono preamps have these filters built in. When I purchased a more expensive better sounding unit ..it dosent have one. So I am wondering why dont a lot more companys sell these things if they are so important? I need to buy one and they dont seem to be very expensive $170 + another IC cable.

Bottom line here is... What I have found is that proper cartridge and tone arm matching are essential in almost eliminating woofer pumping. Having said that, you can never get rid of it because it is part of the record/vinyl and every record sounds and acts differently, some I think were cut very well by a real craftsman with the proper tools, others are just really bad examples of the art. I want to thank everyone for posting I see I struck a real dark vien in the audio world. LOL, happy spinning and lighten up ok its a hobby!
