Does Anyone Else Have a Very Slow Connection to Audiogon?

I've noticed a very slow connection to and opening of posts on Agon for the past few days. I've checked my virus scan and VPN for flags but have found nothing. Its only this site that is giving me trouble. Anyone else having issues? Any help appreciated.

I previously posted that I installed 1Blocker on my iPhone and it did a great job of blocking unwanted Audiogon ads — that was the good news.

Unfortunately, The issue is it also blocked me from playing solitaire on my phone.  I don’t have time or interest to troubleshoot this further so I ended up deleting 1Blocker altogether.

I also understand that the ads above and below the forum content are important for generating revenue, which helps Audiogon support the maintenance of the Audiogon forums.  I have no issues with this but get very frustrated when an Amazon Prime ad pops up in the middle of my forum content.

When an Ad appears, there is a symbol to the left of the 3 dots.  I hit this triangle like symbol, hit the tab that says send feedback and tell Google I am not interested in this ad.

Yikes - In addition, another Amazon prime AD just appeared using Safari on my iPhone on Saturday, August 23 at 7am, California time.  I immediately notified Audiogon customer support this Amazon ad appearing is very frustrating and interruptive to me reading Audiogon forums.  Sometimes I just give up reading the forums.

The ads above and below the forum content are okay but NOT in the middle of the forum content.  Their appearance is VERY disruptive. Thanks.

I use a program called Aura which is a ad blocker and also unscribes me from data collectors of my information and have not seen a pop up ad since

People don’t capitalize, punctuate, use spaces, or follow any grammar at all.

Thanks. I had to laugh at that and I needed the laugh this  afternoon. I’m only laughing to keep from crying. Cursed are those helicopter parents who believed it necessary to send Little Johnny &/or Sally to 2nd grade with a new cell phone, back in the early 2000's. Being children with tiny fingers, they quickly figured out how to send messages to their friends across the classroom without being caught. The outcome, now we have perfectly good telephones being used as typewriters. Millenniums were spent trying to to invent a way to send our voices to our friends over long distances. Now those  with BIG fingers spend their time sending anagrams to strangers who haven’t a clue what they are writing about. Yes,it even happens on Hifi forums and in college research papers. OK, I’ll slide that soapbox back under the desk now. .
