Do I need voltage regulation in my power conditioner?

Currently I own a Torus RM15 which has been a great conditioner for my power amplifier. (Have tried numerous and many kill the dynamics, but this one does not.) I’ve noticed Torus just recently a new AVR series of conditioners that now has voltage regulation. The RM15 does not. I’ve checked my input voltage from the outlet and it is fairly close to the ideal 120V. (Reading about 121-122V)

In this case does it seem pointless to upgrade since my voltage is near ideal already?

I should say, I do like conditioners with good over/under voltage protection.

These features are a lot cheaper to implement, and will disconnect your devices if the power goes too high or too low.

I lived in an apartment with voltages swinging 120 to 130V. Technically still OK, but it made me a little nervous.

Doing regulation requires a lot of iron, so, they are a very expensive feature which most people don't need, so I'd say you are fine without it.
