Disks for protecting wood floors from spike damage

Does anyone know where I can get some little disks for
protecting wood floors from spike damage?

They need to be brass to match the spikes on Osiris
stands.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for all the responses. Right now I am using coins
as the last poster suggests. Quarters are too low in
denomination for a real audiophile - and way too common!

John, ;-)
Try your local hardware store (under plumbing supplys). I use 1/2 inch brass end caps. These are the brass threaded ones not the copper solder joint caps. Most are octaginal and have a little indent on the inside that is just right for the speaker cone point.

Costs about a buck each vs thirty or forty bucks for cone feet?
How about using some quarters? I prefer the pre-1964 that are 90% silver. However the 1965-1969 that are silver/copper sandwich work well too. Stay away from the new state quarters as their precious metal content is very small.
YES, AUDIO ADVISOR HAS THEM.ASIDE FROM PROTECTING THE FLOOR THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE SOUND WILL BE THE BEST TWEEK YOU CAN TOO ASIDE FROM ROOM TWEEKS. CONES INTO WOOD WILL CANCEL ALOT OF THE BASS.ISOLATION IS A MUST ON WOOD.\
Go to AudioAdvisor.com they have a good selection. I have the Osiris stand also, it made a huge difference in my system.
