Difference between Marantz CC4001 & CC4003??

I need a 5 disc changer and I was looking at the new Marantz CC4003, but I see that the older Model is selling at a discount? My main concern is sound quality. Does the newer CC4003 have an improved DAC? What about quieter cd tray?

Does anyone know?
