Well, actually, in my mind they are only a good match if you like a really bright sound.
Had a pair of BP10's years ago. They did not last long in my system. How Sandy Gross voiced a soft dome tweeter to sound so irritatingly bright and edgy I will never know.
As I understand it, Yamaha gear is a bit on the brighter side on neutral so on paper would not be my choice for a good pairing.
But all of this means nothing if you're happy!
