I have heard one in my system and have listened to other dCS equipment. It is typical of the very polite European sound (the DAC). Not very engaging. Also the sound quality of the streamer is poor and integrated. I was listening to one with the optional external clock
A friend of mine has one and said the streamer sounded better hard wired, but that should not be required of a component of this caliber. With high quality streamers like Aurrender hardwiring is not necessary for spectacular sound.
