dbx Model 21 Decoder Operation Help

I recently got a dbx model 21 decoder for vinyl decoding. Anyone teach me how it works? There's no manual online that I can locate. Record and Play with 1 and 2 inputs/outputs vs. Left Right Channels doesn't help me. I ran RCAs to the PLAY input from the TT and again from the PLAY outputs to the integrated amp. No good :). Thanks for your help.

Hmm, line level. Bummer. Using an integrated amp so that doesn't help me. OK. Provided I play it through another system with a separate preamp and power Amp, how do I run the rca's? I don't understand how to connect to the back panel. Thx.

Ive used DBX products in the past , way back in the seventies and eighties, the unit was a DBX 3BX and the 3BXDS, you do not need special records to obtain the benefits from using this device, it cleans up the sound and reduces surface noise it was amazing back in the day.

Typically this would be installed in a tape loop, but however it's connected it should be at line level. Also, this DBX unit is only for DBX encoded LPs. It's not for use with regular LPs.
