???DAC/Headphone Amp With FIXED Analog Out???

I have 2 integrated amplifiers & I need to sell one so they are BOTH listed for sale....One is a Hybrid SS/Tube integrated with a VERY VERY good DAC & headphone amplifier built in..One is strictly an full tube integrated amplifier...IF the Hybrid sells before the tube I will be keeping that & will need a source component..
Can anyone recommend an excellent sounding DAC with high quality headphone circuit that has a FIXED Analog output(bypassing any preamplification out)that will feed the tube integrated?Budget to $1250.00...Thanks very much..
