Cured My Lack of Bass Problem

The trial period on the Legacy Signatures was truly my savior! I ended up purchasing a pair of Martin Logan ESL 13As and presto, they sound awesome! With a frequency response: 24–23,000 Hz ± 3db and two 10" powered woofer there is no problem with bass in the room now.

I had MLs in a similar room in the past with little treatments and they were very forgiving. I’m sure there’s room for improvement, but the way they are sounding right now, I’m in no hurry for treatments at this time. I’m just enjoying the music! I have an updated picture on my profile.

Thanks to all for your help and suggestions regarding my original post on this problem.

I don't know about the 13s but my Electromotion ESLs played great with my 25 watt and 35 watt tube amps.

Great to hear that the powered woofer has been integrated well.  I'm an ML fan.  I've gone tube now but have pair of CLS in my second system.

With the ML awesome clarity and mids, sounds like the 13 is a great choice.  I had my eye on a pair of them until I went tube.
