This is what I am referring to. If they are not true mono block amplifiers then again your point is well founded.

I am not very familiar with this brand but Odyssey does cite their mono blocks are stable with a 2 ohm impedance load. Although I don't know the claimed power or current into that low impedance.

Good to clarify true mono block amplifiers compared to  bridged stereo amplifiers.  It is a meaningful distinction that some may not be aware of.
