Collectibles signed by musicians. What do you have?

After getting a new equipment rack, I needed to change the wall decor.  I found a good spot to hang a guitar on the wall.

This guitar was signed by the original members of Collective Soul in 1995.  It's been verified by the band.  I had posted a photo as a comment on their Facebook page. Both Ed and Dean Roland liked the post. I thought that was pretty cool.

I found the guitar at a Guitar Center in Las Vegas.  It's a decent Mexican Telecaster.  It's not something that they sold to the public.  Probably given as a prize, etc.

I don't have much else.  A Triumph album signed by Rik Emmett.

I bet some of you people have some cool signed items and stories to go with it.  I would be interested in hearing about it if you care to share.

It did seem like Dick lingered a little long holding the back of her thigh when he signed above the (short) hem of her dress.  In hindsight, I'm A-OK with it...

Many years ago I purchased a signed 12” single of John Mellencamp’s “Pink Houses”. It was a great sounding acoustic demo version. Years later I was attending a tribute speech program where high school seniors wrote and delivered a speech about someone important to their life journey. One student delivered a gut wrenching tribute to her dad who died in the Twin Towers on 9/11 when she was very young. She had few memories of her father but one of them was that “Pink Houses” was his favorite song. Next day I brought her my autographed copy and gave it to her in remembrance of her dad. We both cried.

Oh boy now you’ve done it.  Cool stuff and cool back stories. I have a whole bunch of signed sports memorabilia but no music or instruments I can think of but now I’m thinking about getting some.  Expect an angry call from my wife lol.

Never been an autograph or memorabilia collector, but I do still have my right hand which shook Bob Dylan's at the old New Haven Arena in 1966 when I was 17yrs old. My buddy and I went up to the side of the stage as the first set was ending and Bob was walking off. I reached up my hand and he took it and gave it a little shake.

That show still ranks as one of the best I've ever been to, being one of Bob's earliest electric shows. I remember that he had a lot of trouble navigating around the stage with all the guitar cords that he wasn't used to having there. Tripped and almost stumbled a few times. Saw him again that same year in Hartford at the Bushnell.
