I’d take a look at Erin’s Audio Corner’s Review before, assuming these are a bargain and going up to buy them.
The measurements seem to match the deficiencies in the sound that Erin noticed.

After reading the fantastic reviews on this bookshelf speakers, heard them myself at this AXPONA and they sounded fantastic. The room was packed.
As I listened, Sandy Gross (founder Polk Audio, GoldenEar..) walked by and remarked they sounded great.
