Can't Find A/C Converter Plug

Where can I find a converter with a C20 male plug that changes into a standard 15 amp female plug (similar to a regular A/C wall receptacle)? Been all over and can't find one (Amazon, Parts Connection, etc.). Thanks...

You can't find it because it sounds like you are going the wrong way.

What is your application?
Of course, you can build one up by buying the components and a short AC cable.
