Cambridge Audio CXN V2 outputs question ?

Hi,
Maybe someone with an CA CXN V2 could answer a couple of questions, before i purchase.

In PRE-AMP mode, is the digital output 'unmodulated' ie. not affected by the CXN volume.
How easy is to to change sources, from a digital input, to say tidal or spotify ?

Tubilicious. If you can get one I recommend a couple of 6FQ7s. They don't make them that sweet anymore. I run one in my Vali 2. You just start Spotify on any device that is on one of the big 3 OSs and then select it as the player. It lists Tidal and Qobuz on the product page so they've got to be pretty easy.
