Cables for Speaker level Inputs for Sub from mono amps ?

It really does not matter. Really. If you want to use high level inputs then use ordinary hookup wire. Otherwise use an inexpensive RCA interconnect from your pre-out. Neither one is better than the other. This is probably because at low bass frequencies our hearing isn't anywhere near as sensitive to timing issues as it is in the midrange to treble regions.
