Buying 2 1/2 year old new in box power amp

Is there anything I should be aware of buying a Musical Fidelity M6 PRX amp
2 1/2 years old new in box. Thanks

I was a bit taken aback when I first found out it was 5 years old, but it looks and works like it's brand new, so I guess no harm, no foul.
