Here’s a Beach Boys song most have never heard, and not written by them. The a capella treatment shows off their voices and harmonies, in this case, derived partly  from the Four Freshman version being covered. 

Their Hearts Were Full of Spring was recorded in 1967 but not released until 1990 as a bonus track for the Wild Honey reissue.

Now that Brian and Melinda are both gone, one might think of them when listening...

"Their Hearts Were Full Of Spring" can also be found on their Live In London album, released in 1969. My copy is on Capitol Records, but pressed in Holland.
