Bought a Denafrips Iris 1.0 DDC on eBay

A) I didn’t realize it’s a v1 model.

B) The guy said it was in perfect condition and the case is warped, which leads me to believe that it got really hot at some point. It teeters and he said so in a message.

C) The guy said that it was imperfect condition.

D) I paid $450 for it when the next version is only $100 more. He offered me $50 back to which I said that that seemed low.

I don’t wanna be the asshole but I really want to just return it under eBay‘s policy of misrepresentation. AITA? The other option is that I ask for $200 or $250 back.
