best transport for Audiomeca Enkianthus DAC

I'm considering to upgrade my transport.
It should have AES/EBU digital output and be a vast improvement to my current ARC CDT1.
Budget just over $6000. Your votes please ?

The Theta Data 3 transport is built like a tank and I know a number of people who think it's the best sounding transport. Being built to spin a laser disc makes it way over engineerd for CD use and that never hurts, look at the best turntables in the world. I love mine.
CHECK OUT THE ACCUSTIC ARTS DRIVE-1 FROM GERMANY. AT $3500 IT'S A TRUE BARGIN. THIS TRANSPORT HAS OUTPERFORMED OTHERS AT UP TO 5 TIMES THE COST. CHECK THIS LINK FOR A PICTURE AND DISCRIPTION AT: http://aaudio.com/accousticarts_drive1.html
Dear peter:

I have both the mephisto II dac and ekianthus transport and like them a great deal. The two together are very analogue sounding and very realistic. I have compared to a moderate priced sony transport (forget which one) and there was no comparison but I have not compared it to anything fancy. Some hints to improve performance are to use an excellent digital interconnect (I use the fms and it is superb, much better than the ensemble gigaflux I had before). Also isolate it well (darums or whatever) and for best sound leave the lid open when playing (sounds crazy but works well). If you have any questions drop me a note

Another choice is the DCS Verdi Used. Seen a couple for under 7K. Side benefit is it does SACD if you ever want to go there. Other choices above are also great IMO.
I agree with Silv who agrees with Sattothestars. The Audiomeca is voiced with its own trans -- for what that's worth...
Finally, any good implementation on a Philips trans usually gives an euphonic result, the Sony trans gives a dynamic result (generalising of course). Micromega used to make good transports (Trio, Duo, etc) -- that, maybe, can be had used.
I agree with the Mephisto, but it's still hard to beat the best CEC transports that can be had for a very reasonable price.
