Best products and process to polish piano black KEF speakers

Hello,

seeking advice on best products and process to restore light scratches on my R3 speakers after being repaired for corner damage.

While the company did a decent job a repairing damage to the speaker, they somehow managed to create another problem by scratching to top and sides of the speaker.

when I compare it to the good speaker it is a night and day difference. Are there good products to bring back the luster and correct the scratches?

I would appreciate any help with this issue.

Blask No.9 followed by some Blask No.13 ceramic spray polish.

Not cheap, but products from the likes of Griots don’t come remotely close to as good IME.

I use Nova 1 to polish my speakers. They also make Nova 2,3 for light scratches.

Opti=Seal by Optimum is the bomb. I have tried many products and this is the one that polishes in to leave a deep blemish free shine.

Scratch-X works for for superficial scratches and smudges. I tried it for the first time today on my Rel subs. It took a while but it worked..

I'm not sure what you mean by 'piano finish'.  Ask Kef what they recommend. I can tell you that many suggestions I read are just plain wrong.  I have a pair of speakers finished in Steinway black, which is a satin finish with a nitrocellulose lacquer paint. like a Steinway.  A dampened rag with water is all I ever use and is the recommended method from Steinway.  I grew up in a home with one and had the same finish done to my speakers.  The latest models might be using polyester paints, not sure though.  Don't use polish or car products.
