Best preamp output option for headphone amp hookup?

I have a Spectral DCM-10 I'd like to hookup a headphone amplifier to.  There's a tape out, which is an obvious choice, but is it the only choice?  There are also the two coupled outputs (AC & DC).  If those are usable headphone amp hookup options, is there an obvious 1-2-3 order in choosing between the three?

Phenominal sound for the $$$ has three inputs, balanced, rca, and 1/8 mini on the rear panel.   Best $500 I have spent on audio in a long time.
